For Wedding Invitation and stationery orders, a booking fee is to be paid in advance of the full order. This amount is then deducted off the balance of the order. A booking fee should be paid to secure your production slot and any bespoke packages received from Flutterbeeze.
 
The remaining amount needs to be paid in full before the printing and finishing of the order will take place. The website allows a pay in three option using PayPal. 
 
If purchasing a package set, the booking fee will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining amount will be required before completion of the order. 
 
After the consultation has taken place, the agreed upon designs will be created and digital proofs sent by email.
 
Consultation can be done via email, WhatsApp, video call, or an in person meeting. 
 
Any Watercolour paintings or venue sketches will need to be paid in full separate to the booking fee.
 
The Bespoke Design fee is separate to the booking fee and needs to be purchased before any design work commences, this only applies to new designs. House Suites are exempt from this additional fee.
